Job Description

At GrowX Agency we are looking for a consultant to develop business opportunities with new clients, to enable the expansion of the company. You need to have sales experience, but be open to adopting new consultative practices and methodologies.

You will use new and varied prospecting strategies to identify and qualify b2b prospects and initiate first contact with potential clients. You will learn our sales approach (inbound) focused on the way people buy today. You will show modern and technological solutions to old business problems. We value your hunger to learn more than your previous knowledge in sales.

Features:
- You will learn, apply and teach the inbound sales process, based on consultative processes.
- You will manage our pipeline and forecast.
- You will conduct high-volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.
- You will open new sales opportunities by exploring and understanding the problems of prospects, to help with our experience.
- You will work closely and in collaboration with our Senior Consultants to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies.

Requirements:
- Previous sales experience and/or a strong desire to pursue a career in sales.
- Technical capabilities for using CRM (or quick learning).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-taught and true desire to learn.
- Consultative skills, problem analysis, empathy and autonomy.
- Willing to receive and provide training and/or coaching.
- Focused on meeting and exceeding growth objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.",
