B2B Consulting Sales Executive
(Have experience selling: Fintech, SaaS, Bancatech, Financial Solutions)
Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration or Systems Engineering or similar
*It is essential to have a \"current client portfolio\" (SMEs)
*Work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (Remote)
*Intermediate English
*Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative B2B sales (Fintech, SaaS, high-level SME Banking) selling directly to Personal Persons (PM) and PFAEs.
*Verifiable evidence of having exceeded sales quotas through own prospecting (not just inbound).
*Fully \"Hunter\" profile that prospects and looks for new clients is required.
*Mastery of Salesforce and total openness to using Artificial Intelligence tools to accelerate ramp-up and productivity.
*Accustomed to detailed management and daily monitoring of metrics as a way to achieve excellence.
* Experience in selling solutions that integrate Credit (WCL), Cards and Payment Solutions. You do not sell isolated products, you sell the \"Financial Operating System\" of the SME.
*Profile and experience of Hunter Consulting who understands that an SME does not need credit,
You need a capital strategy to dominate your market.
*Proficiency in LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Social Networks and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for prospecting. You don't make \"cold calls\" ; you make smart contacts.
*Management of CRM Salesforce and Pipeline.
Activities:
*Prospecting SME clients for the sale of financial and credit solutions.
*Forecast management and monitoring
*Physical visits to clients when necessary.
*Exceed the monthly placement goal (2 million MXN), maximizing the client's Lifetime Value from day 1.
*Generate your own pipeline through active prospecting in the open market and prior portfolio monetization.
*Design solutions that integrate Credit (WCL), Cards and Payment Solutions.
*Consultative B2B sales - outbound
*Monitoring reports and metrics analysis
*Customer Portfolio Management

*Base salary of $23,000 gross per month
*Uncapped monthly commissions (average of $100,000 to $120,000 per month)
