SME Sales Executive – Leading Fintech in Mexico | Home Office
Are you passionate about B2B consultative sales and looking to really boost Mexican companies?

What will you do?
You will generate your own pipeline through active prospecting and monetization of your previous portfolio.
You will design comprehensive solutions for SMEs: working capital credit, business cards, payment and management solutions (ERP).
You do not sell isolated products, you sell the “Financial Operating System” that accelerates the growth of our clients.
What we look for in you:
4+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales (desirable in Fintech, SaaS or high-level SME Banking).
Mastery of Salesforce and total openness to the use of tools with Artificial Intelligence.
Ability to generate demand, prospect in the open market and deliver high-impact results.
Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (and some Saturdays).
We offer:
Base monthly salary: $23,000 gross
Commissions NOT capped (average: $100,000 to $120,000 per month meeting goals)
Vacation: 12 days of law + 7 additional
SGMM, Life Insurance and Dental Plan*** (when obtaining a permanent contract)
Food vouchers: 10% of salary
Quarterly bonus
Bonus: 1 month's salary + average commissions for the year
