We are looking for a professional with solid accounting and tax knowledge, analytical capacity, organization and technical criteria to manage the processes of the area and coordinate the work of the team in charge.\nWhat will be your main functions?\nSupervise and review the records, books and accounting operations, as well as bank reconciliations, account analysis, provisions and accounting adjustments.\nCoordinate and execute the monthly and annual accounting closings, and prepare the financial statements.\nDetermine, review and submit tax returns to SUNAT, including VAT, Income Tax, PDT 621, PLAME and other applicable obligations.\nVerify the correct application of withholdings, perceptions, deductions and the tax treatment of operations with non-domiciled residents.\nSupervise compliance with tax deadlines and meet SUNAT requirements, coordinating the necessary documentation.\nAnalyze the main variations in the accounting accounts and financial results of the company.\nPrepare monthly financial reports for General Management, explaining the main results and variations of the period.\nSupervise, guide and follow up on the work of the Accounting and Billing staff.\nPropose improvements in accounting, tax and internal control procedures.\nCoordinate with Administration, Human Resources and Treasury to ensure the consistency and timeliness of the information.\nWhat are we looking for?\nQualified professional in Accounting.\nChartered and qualified Public Accountant.\nMinimum experience of 5 years in accounting functions, preferably in private companies.\nExperience in accounting closings, preparation and analysis of financial statements and bank reconciliations.\nPractical experience in determining taxes and filing returns with SUNAT.\nSolid knowledge of Peruvian tax legislation, PCGE and accounting standards in force.\nManagement of PDT 621, PLAME, electronic accounting books and records.\nKnowledge of withholdings, perceptions, deductions and operations with non-residents.\nManagement of Excel at an intermediate or advanced level and experience with accounting systems or ERP.\nAbility to organize processes, supervise deliverables, identify inconsistencies and work autonomously.\nIt will be a plus: to have experience supervising accounting assistants, attending to audits of SUNAT or coordinating accounting closing processes.\nWhat skills do we value?\nCapacity for analysis and technical criteria.\nPlanning and organization.\nAttention to detail.\nAutonomy and problem resolution.\nSupervision and monitoring.\nEffective communication.\nIntegrity and confidentiality.\nIf you have the experience and knowledge necessary to take on this challenge, we invite you to apply and become part of our team!",
