Job Description

•\ Finally responsible for quality control, and approval of final pdf.

•\ Retouching, calibration, adaptation and optimization of images of the company's printed and digital products, using traditional tools (photoshop, illustrator) as well as AI, to optimize processes.

•\ In charge of pre-press and generation of final PDFs for the company's printed products, using traditional tools (photoshop, illustrator) as well as the new software available (Sirius, among others), to optimize processes.

•\ Quality control and final approval of the pdfs sent to the printer.

•\ Compliance with deadlines established by administration for the area's processes regarding retouching and pre-press. If you require eventual support, (in atypical situations of greater volume) request and support the request with administration.

•\ In charge of compliance with the schedule for sending PDFs to the printer.

•\ Ensure compliance with graphic and technical standards determined by the company's graphic area.

•\ In charge of keeping calibrations and other quality criteria updated with the printing press, constantly throughout the year.

•\ In charge of making final corrections that may arise due to potential errors in the final PDF delivery process.

•\ Organization and orderly filing of PDFs after each edition. Responsible for searching and delivering pdfs for requests for archival materials to the editorial office.
