Remote English Teacher

Location: Guatemala
Fully Remote
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (flexibility for occasional morning classes is required)

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated English Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction in a remote learning environment. This role involves planning and teaching engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and ensuring an effective and structured learning experience aligned with the institution’s academic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and develop engaging English lesson plans.

Deliver interactive and effective English instruction in a virtual classroom.

Assess student performance and track learning progress.

Prepare and administer assignments, activities, and evaluations.

Maintain academic standards and follow the established curriculum.

Qualifications:

C1 level English proficiency (required, non-negotiable).

At least 2 years of experience teaching English in similar roles.

Experience teaching in online and/or in-person environments.

Strong communication skills and effective classroom management abilities.

Access to reliable computer equipment and a stable internet connection.

Availability to work the scheduled hours and flexibility for morning sessions when needed.
