As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you will be responsible for executing various talent attraction strategies at the national level; We seek to transform lives by connecting people with quality solutions and one of the most prestigious brands in the world (Apple).
Responsibilities
- Execute innovative and effective search strategies to attract operational talent (ATC, technical support, sales) using various recruiting sources.
-Raise profiles with hiring managers and collaborate with them to identify the specific needs of the position.
-Conduct initial and competency interviews.
-Maintain constant communication with candidates and collaborators for an efficient recruitment process.
-Management of psychometric evaluation platforms.
-Carry out the personnel hiring process.
Requirements
-Lic. in Psychology, HR or similar (intern or graduate)
-Minimum experience of 5 years in a similar position, preferably in the Retail sector.
-Experience carrying out massive recruitment
-Management of multichannel attraction strategies (job boards, fairs, referrals, searches (hunting), field recruitment (scouting), social networks, etc.).
-Service attitude, focus on results, proactivity, teamwork and excellent communication skills.
