ð JOIN THE CANVIA IT TEAM! ðAt Canvia we are looking for a Service Desk Support Specialist with experience, service orientation and desire to continue growing in a leading company in digital transformation. ð»ðð¨ð» What will you do on a day-to-day basis? Provide remote support to users through telephone calls and remote control tools. Diagnose and resolve first-level incidents: hardware, software, access, connectivity and corporate applications. Register, manage and track all cases received per channel telephone and web until closure. Timely escalate cases that require specialized attention, ensuring compliance with SLAs. Document each case in detail in the ITSM tool: diagnosis, actions taken and solution applied.
