Job Description
The role involves developing AI-powered workflows for e-commerce, with an emphasis on automation, data quality, and measurable results. It requires creating and refining knowledge systems, ensuring the quality of AI through evaluations, verifications, security measures and logging/monitoring, and integrating into existing systems through APIs and webhooks. Additionally, it involves working alongside development, product/strategy, and UX/UI teams where appropriate.
Responsibilities:
Develop AI-powered workflows for e-commerce.
Create and improve knowledge systems.
Ensure the quality of AI through assessments, verifications, security measures, and logging/monitoring.
Integrate into existing systems using APIs and webhooks.
Collaborate with development, product/strategy and UX/UI teams as appropriate.
Requirements:
Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI and automation, including creating workflows and integrations.
Knowledge of data structures, APIs, webhooks and error handling.
Knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem, both Liquid and backend technologies, experience is a must.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, being reliable, organized and methodical.
Fluent in German, team language.
