Job Description
We are looking for a Contact Center infrastructure specialist in charge of the implementation, improvement and maintenance of CCaaS solutions. The selected person will work with global teams to ensure the operation, scalability and performance of the platform.
Responsibilities:
Be the key player in the implementation, improvement and maintenance of the Contact Center infrastructure.
Collaborate directly with global teams to ensure the correct operation of CCaaS solutions.
Design, configure and optimize flows and processes within Contact Center platforms.
Guarantee the stability and performance of customer service systems.
Participate in the resolution of technical incidents and environmental improvements.
Requirements:
Training in Systems Engineering, Electronics or related careers.
Minimum 3 years of experience implementing solutions on CCaaS platforms.
Experience with NICE inContact or CXone and use of Studio Scripting Tool.
Conocimiento de tecnologías de Contact Center como ACD, IVR, QM y WFM.
Advanced C1 English level required.
