Job Description
The position is aimed at conversion optimization and analysis of user behavior on ecommerce sites. The person in charge will analyze browsing data, detect friction in the purchasing process and design experiments to improve conversion.
The position requires work with analytics, experimentation and monitoring tools to identify opportunities for improvement in the digital experience and performance.
Responsibilities:
Analyze user behavior using tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics 4 and similar to identify frictions and conversion opportunities.
Design, configure and execute A/B and multivariate testing experiments in tools such as VWO, Varify or similar.
Document hypotheses, results and learning from each experiment in a structured way.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Development team to implement changes derived from the findings.
Configure and maintain advanced tracking using Google Tag Manager and DataLayer data layers.
Propose UX/UI improvements based on data, not assumptions.
Requirements:
Experience in CRO, web experimentation or digital analytics.
Use of analytical and behavioral tools Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or similar.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript at a conceptual or functional level is not necessary to be a developer, but you do need to understand the DOM, how a page is structured and be able to make basic adjustments.
Analytical ability to interpret data and translate it into concrete actions.
Curious and proactive mentality, with interest in constantly testing, measuring and improving.
Experience with Adobe Commerce.
Basic knowledge of SQL for data queries.
Experience with design or prototyping tools such as Figma or similar.

Salary to receive
$800 - $1,500 / month
