Senior Public Bidding Specialist - Technical/Strategic Profile
Years of experience: Between 3 and 10 years in Argentine public tenders
Modality: Part-time - Freelance
Work Location and Hours: Argentina / Approximately 15 hours per week

Tasks, Functions and Responsibilities:
\"\ Identify and analyze public bidding opportunities (mainly throughtrabajopublica.com).
\"\ Evaluate technical and administrative specifications.
\"\ Strategically define which tenders should be submitted and which should not be submitted.
\"\ Direct and supervise the preparation of the technical offer.
\"\ Direct and supervise the preparation of administrative documentation (assembly by internal personnel).
\"\ Ensure the correct presentation of offers.
\"\ Carry out active monitoring of the bidding processes.
\"\ Manage technical approval processes for products (presentation, pilot tests, technical meetings and monitoring).
\"\ Interact with municipalities and public organizations.
\"\ Leverage on relationships with public officials or build them.
\"\ Interact directly with company partners and participate in strategic decisions.
\"\ Maximize the rate of won bids.

Exclusive knowledge:
\"\ Real and verifiable experience in Argentine public tenders.
\"\ Experience operating bidding processes from the supplier side.
\"\ Practical knowledge of technical specifications, administrative specifications and bidding portals.
\"\ Experience in municipal and/or provincial processes.

Desirable knowledge:
\"\ Public lighting.
\"\ Electrical energy.
\"\ Solar energy / renewable energies.
\"\ Urban infrastructure.
\"\ Municipal public works.

Required education: Completed Secondary School",
