Job Description

Role Overview:

As an Executive Sales Assistant at Alpha Co. Marketing, you will play a key role in driving sales and supporting executive operations. You will manage client communications, follow up on leads, and help develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities. This fully remote role requires a proactive, organized individual who can handle administrative tasks, draft professional correspondence, and collaborate closely with the CEO to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

-Sales
-Follow up consistently on leads and prospects.
-Cold call potential clients and maintain lead pipelines.
-Prepare and role-play sales scenarios to maximize deal closure.
-Collaborate with the CEO on sales development strategies.

Administrative

-Write proposals, emails, and presentations with clarity and persuasion.
-Manage CRM entries, generate reports, and track progress.
-Co-manage inbox, ensuring timely and strategic responses.

Requirements:

-Experience in sales is a requirement
-Experience as a virtual assistant is preferred.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Proficiency in managing CRM and email systems.
-Experience drafting proposals and professional correspondence.
-Ability to prepare presentations and research prospects.
-Being bilingual in English and Spanish is desirable, but not limiting.
