Job Description

Indalo Water, a premium water treatment brand (purification, remineralization and alkalization) expanding throughout the Latin market of the USA, LATAM and Spain, is looking for a Digital Marketing and Growth Manager to build its customer acquisition engine from scratch.

We are not looking for someone who maintains networks: we are looking for someone who builds the complete system that generates qualified leads, gives its own voice to the brand and positions our CEO as a category authority. Performance and brand, in equal parts. Small team, total autonomy, direct report to the CEO.

FUNCTIONS

Design and operate end-to-end sales funnels (recruitment; nurturing; appointment)
Inbound marketing strategy and conversion-oriented content
Comprehensive management of social networks and paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok), optimized by CAC/CPL
CRM architecture and automations (lead scoring, nurturing, WhatsApp Business)
SEO and use of artificial intelligence applied to marketing
Development of the CEO's personal brand
Lead a small 100% remote team with KPI discipline

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years of verifiable experience in digital marketing executing (not just directing)
Mastery of inbound, social networks, paid media, sales funnels, CRM and automation
Real knowledge of the Latin market in the USA and LATAM
Experience in personal brand development for executives or CEOs
Management of AI tools applied to marketing
Creative, innovative profile, with thinking outside the box and technical criteria
Builder mentality and metrics orientation
