We are looking for dynamic, commercial people with an excellent attitude, who enjoy street work and direct contact with people. The main objective of the position is to obtain resumes for high-impact projects such as the Bogotá Metro and the Facatativá Railway Line.
We are looking for resourceful, charismatic, cordial, engaging people who know the assigned areas well (Bosa, Soacha, Kennedy, Mosquera, Madrid), capable of moving daily through different sectors and generating interest in potential candidates.
Main functions:
 Go out into the field daily to attract candidates.
 Visit town halls, community halls, hardware stores, shops and areas with high influx of public.
 Deliver flyers, post advertisements and actively promote vacancies.
 Keep a daily log with photographic records, real-time location and daily progress report.
 Explain job opportunities and resolve basic doubts.
 Collection and sending of resumes.
 Support in external recruitment strategies.
Required profile:
 Commercial and service profile.
 Extroverted, proactive and persuasive person.
 Knowledge of the sector or assigned areas.
 Ease of communicating with all types of people.
 High tolerance for street work.

 Completed bachelor's degree (minimum).
 Availability to work 100% in the field.
