Job Description
We are looking for a professional with experience in community development and specialized knowledge of the market to identify user and moderator needs, analyze competitors and detect opportunities. The objective is to encourage the growth of local communities and optimize the participation of moderators and external users.
Responsibilities:
Thoroughly understand the market and acquire specialized knowledge to identify critical points of users and moderators, competitors and market opportunities.
Recruit, educate and grow a local community of moderators (volunteers who develop, maintain and shape the culture of local communities), and implement a conversion funnel to incorporate external creators and local users, turning them into active moderators.
Be the public face in front of local moderators to build trust and encourage participation in communities, mediating conflicts and contributing to problem resolution.
Iterate, innovate, and scale the consumer growth plan by recognizing new opportunities, proposing ideas and programs, and coordinating with internal teams to align new plans.
Communicate quantitative and qualitative insights to optimize and improve the international consumer growth plan.
Run reports, build dashboards, analyze data, define KPIs and develop impact community initiatives, use data to obtain information about the community and moderators that influences the direction of the market team.
Collaborate transversally with the Product, Community, Engineering, Marketing, Security and Business Development teams.
Requirements:
More than 5 years of experience in community development, project management, growth, operations or product consulting, with a history of community projects that have generated an impact on the business.
Knowledge of French culture, including current events, politics, customs, traditions, language, topics of interest, and taboos.
Detailed understanding of the digital landscape and associated cultural particularities, including French-specific internet culture and the cultural diversity that shapes contemporary French society.
Clear and persuasive communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, local users, moderators, partners, content creators and influencers.
Results-oriented with outstanding execution and attention to detail.
Interest in developing and executing projects, analyzing problems and solutions, testing hypotheses and improving processes through iterations.
Fluency in English and residence in the United Kingdom or Ireland.
