Job Description

Ascendia Agency is an agency focused on the growth of creators within TikTok LIVE. We are currently looking for a dynamic person, with communication skills, social networks and commercial capacity to support our expansion process.

The selected person will be responsible for identifying, contacting and accompanying new talents interested in developing their presence within TikTok LIVE.

Main functions:
Search for potential content creators through social networks and digital communities.
Create recruitment strategies to attract new talent.
Contact interested people and explain the opportunity to be part of the agency.
Make a first filter taking into account attitude, availability and commitment.
Accompany the process of linking new creators.
Follow up to ensure the activation and permanence of the creators.
Support the creation of promotional content and dissemination strategies.
Purpose of the position:

Manage to link creators who meet the established objectives:

Be over 18 years old.
Make a minimum of 2 hours of LIVE transmission per day.
Maintain constant activity for at least 12 consecutive days.
Reach an initial goal of 5,000 diamonds.
