We are looking for a digital growth and community manager to lead the expansion and activation of a large-scale public community. The selected person will work on audience development, coordination with performance marketing, and building engagement and feedback systems within the community.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a growth plan to scale the public community.
Collaborate with the performance marketing team as the main acquisition channel.
Design and manage a content calendar to encourage community participation.
Recruit, train and coordinate volunteer moderators.
Design and optimize the recruitment funnel for members of the inner circle.
Manage the inner circle as a high-quality feedback space for the product.
Requirements:
More than 5 years of experience in community management, audience development, social media or growth marketing.
Editorial and content intuition.
Capacity for organization and operational execution on a large scale.
Experience transforming qualitative data into structured insights.
Good criteria for community moderation and incident management.
