Job Description
The position focuses on the development of secure and efficient backend applications, along with the integration of artificial intelligence solutions into products and supporting systems. The position is involved in the research and application of AI-based technologies and collaboration with different teams during the life cycle of projects.
Responsibilities:
Develop secure and efficient backend applications and integrate AI solutions into existing products and support systems.
Research, evaluate and apply AI-based technologies to drive optimization and innovation.
Collaborate with development, product and support teams during the project.
Contribute to the development of backend systems that support multiple products, not just one application.
Requirements:
5+ years of product development experience with Python, with a focus on scalable backend services and data manipulation, as well as proficiency in Docker for containerization and deployment.
Demonstrated experience building autonomous or semi-autonomous agents such as LangGraph or Pydantic AI Agents and architectural judgment in deciding when to apply LLM versus traditional code or simpler ML models.
Experience in the design of automated evaluation pipelines such as Ragas or DeepEval, implementation of monitoring in production such as Langfuse or Pydantic Logfire and guarantee of solution reliability.
Knowledge of AI security, including response control, prompt injection prevention, and protection mechanisms, along with the ability to optimize performance, token cost, and latency at scale.
Interest in learning and experimenting with new technologies and approaches, especially in the field of AI.
Ability to research and adopt emerging and current workflows, exploring new methods in addition to established practices.
