We are looking for a backend engineer with experience in building and managing critical systems, who will participate in the evolution of the asynchronous task orchestration platform and in the technical modernization of the infrastructure. The candidate will contribute to the development of efficient solutions and collaborate with different areas of the organization to ensure the delivery of projects effectively.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage critical infrastructure.
Participate in the evolution of the asynchronous task orchestration platform.
Promote technical modernization.
Define the technical roadmap together with internal stakeholders.
Apply AI-based development tools to accelerate project delivery.
Provide support to engineers throughout the organization.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in backend engineering, developing and operating large-scale production systems.
Experience with multiple programming languages ​​and ability to choose the right tool for the task (e.g. Python, Go, PHP, Java, TypeScript).
Backend knowledge: API design (REST, GraphQL), authentication/authorization, distributed systems, asynchronous processing and queuing systems.
Hands-on experience in AI-assisted development workflows.
Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
Mastery of cloud environments and infrastructure (AWS, GCP or Azure).
Responsibility and communication skills.
Fluency in French (required).

Salary to receive
€60,000 - €75,000 / year
