The position focuses on working on applied artificial intelligence problems within real production environments. The work has direct impact on how AI agents are developed and used, with a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate in the design and development of AI agents in production together with client engineering teams.
Assume the technical part in pre-sales processes, designing proofs of concept, resolving technical doubts and guiding evaluations.
Support clients in the deployment and operation of agent-based applications, such as conversational assistants, research systems, or multi-step workflows.
Advise after the sale on architecture, best practices and decisions related to product evolution.
Carry out technical demonstrations, training and workshops aimed at development profiles.
Collect feedback from field use and provide reusable patterns, code examples and documentation applicable to different clients.
Contribute code promptly when it provides relevant improvements in customer results.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a related technical role, such as software engineering, customer, solutions or product engineering, preferably in startup or growth environments.
Knowledge of Python, JavaScript and system fundamentals.
Experience designing agent-based or language model-based applications beyond simple API calls, including multi-step flows, orchestration, and error management.
Ability to work directly with clients on proofs of concept, architectural reviews, and technical evaluations.
Ability to explain technical decisions clearly and build trust with technical audiences.
Orientation to results and responsibility for the decisions made.
Proactive attitude and ability to move forward by resolving situations on the fly.
