Job Description
We are looking for an AI engineer capable of designing and implementing agent-based tools from scratch, making them available to end users, and making agent programming more efficient, faster, and more reliable.
Responsibilities:
Translate the needs of the product into tools and services that facilitate its use and take them to production.
Scale prototypes to support a large number of users.
Improve and test the semantic search service.
Develop evaluation systems for code recovery and performance in programming tasks.
Requirements:
At least five years of practical experience in NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming).
Experience in information retrieval systems.
Experience in engineering project management tools and systems with LLM as well as AI agents.
Knowledge of programming in Python and/or Kotlin, with a willingness to learn the language that is not mastered.
Experience creating and operating software systems in production environments.
It will be valued:
Experience developing with Kotlin or Java.
Previous experience working with code intelligence (e.g. AST or symbol graphs).
