Job Description
We are looking for a Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Engineer to develop, train and integrate AI models into software products. The selected person will work with large volumes of data to design solutions based on machine learning, optimize model performance, and collaborate in the development of responsible and ethical AI systems.
This role involves frequent exposure to sensitive content, including violent, extremist or abuse-related material online, as part of data review, training and model evaluation tasks.
Responsibilities:
Develop, train, tune and deploy machine learning models using large data sets.
Integrate and maintain AI and Machine Learning models in the company's software products.
Monitor the performance of models in production and identify possible degradations.
Design feedback mechanisms to continually improve model accuracy and performance.
Develop and integrate new analytical algorithms for processing large volumes of data.
Advise teams on the responsible, ethical and appropriate use of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Collaborate in the analysis, processing and exploitation of data to solve business problems.
Requirements:
Between 3 and 5 years of experience in data analysis in commercial environments.
Experience in training, tuning and integrating Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models into software products.
Working knowledge of natural language processing and classification techniques.
Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers or scikit-learn.
Experience in model evaluation, calibration and performance metrics analysis.
Python proficiency.
Experience in management, processing and analysis of large volumes of data.
Knowledge of data storage and management systems, including relational databases (such as MySQL or Athena) and file formats such as Parquet.
Knowledge of data architecture and modeling.
Knowledge of modern software engineering practices, including DevOps, CI/CD, and version control.
Experience working with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
