The position involves defining product and service requirements based on customer information and applications related to thermoplastic hoses. It also involves providing technical support, leading client-specific projects, and collaborating with other areas of the business and core functions within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Define product and service requirements based on customer information and applications related to thermoplastic hoses.
Provide technical training to customers and internal stakeholders.
Provide technical support in cases of complaints (quality incidents) and performance problems.
Clarify technical questions and recommend improvements.
Ensure adequate documentation of product performance, including data collection and analysis.
Support innovation through market and customer feedback, as well as identification of customer needs.
Lead and support client-specific projects in collaboration with all stakeholders.
Apply product engineering tools, including specific requirements, and provide input for improvements.
Collaborate with other areas of the business and central functions within the organization.
Requirements:
College degree or higher, preferably in a technical discipline.
Experience in thermoplastic hose applications.
