We are looking for a C++ Software Engineer to design and develop performance systems that support a real-time trading infrastructure. The selected person will participate in the creation and optimization of critical components responsible for market data processing, order execution and strategy deployment, ensuring maximum reliability and minimum latency.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and optimize high-performance systems for real-time trading environments.
Implement critical components for market data processing, order execution and strategy deployment.
Optimize application performance with a focus on low latency, scalability, and reliability.
Develop clean, efficient and maintainable code using C++ standards.
Analyze and resolve issues related to system performance and resource utilization.
Collaborate in the design of architectures aimed at maximizing the efficiency of systems in production.
Perform debugging, monitoring and optimization tasks in Linux environments.
Assume technical responsibility for the components developed throughout their cycle.
Requirements:
3+ years of software engineering experience, preferably developing performance systems.
Advanced proficiency in modern C++ (C++17 or higher), including templating, memory management, and concurrent programming.
Knowledge of systems programming, CPU architecture, networks, multithreading and input/output operations.
Experience in developing and optimizing applications on Linux, using debugging and performance analysis tools.
Ability to develop robust, efficient and production-ready code.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously in distributed teams and remote environments.
