We are looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer to participate in the creation of an event-oriented ecosystem with a focus on performance. The position is linked to the evolution of a platform that manages financial and data workflows, including the migration to .NET 8 and the integration of generative AI into the main product.
This is a position focused on profiles that understand the global functioning of a system, paying attention to each of its components. The work will be developed with current technologies, in an environment that evolves from legacy infrastructures to cloud solutions with AI support.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement microservices using .NET 8, with a focus on performance, scalability and a clean architecture.
Create and improve asynchronous workflows using AWS SNS and SQS, ensuring data consistency and system resiliency.
Implement LLM-based solutions within applications, connecting .NET environments with Python logic.
Participate in the design of data pipelines using AWS Data Firehose and Data Streams for real-time processing.
Maintain code quality through testing with xUnit and WireMock, ensuring stable transitions to new services.
Collaborate with the infrastructure team on deployments using GitHub Actions and resource management with Terraform.
Use current tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT, maintaining control over the security and efficiency of the code.
Requirements:
Experience in C# and .NET Core / .NET 8, with knowledge of the internal workings of the framework.
Experience working with AWS, especially with SNS, SQS, S3 and ECS.
Knowledge of distributed architectures and event-oriented patterns (publish/subscribe, competitive consumers, idempotence).
Experience with Redis or Valkey for state management and performance optimization.
Interest or experience in AI and machine learning, especially with LLM and Python. Experience in RAG systems or integration with APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic will be an advantage.
Focus on testing, including unit and integration.
Knowledge of Docker, GitHub Actions and Terraform, with the ability to work alongside infrastructure teams.
