WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
-\ Graduated or titled Civil Engineer.
-\ Minimum experience of 3 years in structural engineering applied to building design.
-\ Proficiency in structural drawing software: AutoCAD and Revit, intermediate or advanced level (essential).
-\ Knowledge and experience in the design of concrete, steel and/or wood structures, with the ability to apply the provisions of international design codes (ACI, AISC, ASCE, etc.)
-\ Knowledge of structural analysis and design software such as Tedds, RISA 3D, ETABS, STAAD, Enercalc or similar
-\ Methodical and organized approach to problem solving and meeting project requirements, working independently or as a team
-\ Ability to exercise sound engineering judgment and problem-solving skills; knows when to ask for guidance and proactively detects potential problems
-\ Assumes responsibility for assigned work and completes it with limited supervision
-\ Knowledge of BIM methodologies.
-\ Belong to the Upper 1/3 (attach qualifications to the CV).
-\ Proficiency in the English language, preferably at an advanced level (Essential).
-\ Immediate availability and to work in the home office modality.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?
-\ Actively participates in project meetings and contributes to the resolution of technical, coordination or schedule issues.
-\ Performs construction administration services, including review of submittals, response to RFIs.
-\ Designs new commercial, residential and institutional buildings, including parking lots.
-\ Performs assessments of the condition of existing structures and collaborates in the design of repair and reinforcement solutions.
-\ Assumes responsibility for assigned portions of the structural scope and works reliably to meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.
-\ Coordinates with project engineers, senior engineers and project managers to support project delivery.
-\ Prepares clear and well-organized technical calculations, engineering correspondence and reports.
-\ May assist in mentoring Engineers I or interns, as appropriate.
