Job Description
The position is focused on the development of product features and functionalities, as well as the improvement of internal infrastructure and tools, using modern technologies and efficient workflows.
Responsibilities:
Design APIs, database schemas, cron jobs, and queues to create features, functionality, and user experiences for the product.
Improve the infrastructure to manage tens of billions of analytical events per month, from ingestion to storage and realization of that data.
Assume responsibility for projects from conception to launch, guaranteeing modular and maintainable code.
Use customer feedback to launch relevant product features.
Intervene on technical support questions when necessary and contribute to technical documentation to improve the developer experience.
Apply artificial intelligence to improve internal tools and workflows as the organization grows.
Requirements:
Have 8+ years of experience in technical roles (e.g. CTO, founding engineer, software engineer, technical product engineer) in fast-growing startups.
Have experience in the technology stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Prisma, MySQL, Redis, QStash/Kafka, Clickhouse.
Ability to design complex systems.
Ability to transform Figma designs into pixel-precise user interfaces when creating new product surfaces.
Possess time management, problem solving and error debugging skills.
Feel comfortable collaborating in a fully remote global team.

Salary to receive
$180,000 - $240,000 / year
