Looking for a Senior Engineer specialized in Conversational AI to design and build next generation products. This role is key to leading engineering teams, establishing technical direction, and ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient, and of high quality.
Responsibilities:
Design and build next-generation conversational AI products that push the boundaries of what is possible.
Lead and guide engineering teams, establishing technical direction and best practices.
Partner with product to shape requirements and translate vision into scalable solutions.
Design cloud-native architectures that are resilient, scalable, and built for the future.
Integrate cutting-edge AI tools and services, promoting their adoption throughout the team.
Drive comprehensive test automation and quality delivery.
Requirements:
10+ years creating full-stack applications with Java and Node.js (Python and Vue.js are a plus).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Communications or related field.
More than 5 years designing and developing enterprise-level SaaS products.
More than 5 years sending AI products to production.
Experience with cloud platforms.
Experience in data analysis and reporting tools, especially for contact centers and conversational analytics (a plus).

Salary to receive
$190,000 - $210,000 / year
