Looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join the team and help scale the systems that power the products. You will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining the backbone of the engineering platform, from development workflows and CI/CD pipelines to the core infrastructure that supports high-performance APIs and data services.
You will have the autonomy to make important technical decisions, direct system architecture, and implement solutions that balance speed, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
Responsibilities:
Build and automate development workflows. He will design and maintain infrastructure that standardizes how software is developed, versioned, tested, and deployed in different environments.
You will make considered architectural decisions, balancing risk, performance, cost and maintainability.
It will contribute to the infrastructure that supports real-time APIs and low-latency data flows.
You will build robust tools for automated testing at all levels, from unit to integration to API.
You will be responsible for critical infrastructure that minimizes downtime and reduces the risk of failure.
You will deliver high-quality solutions in an agile manner, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Will take initiative and independent decisions without supervision.
You will work with engineers from across the company to support deployment, performance and operational needs.
Requirements:
6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade systems.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools, including AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, load balancing, ElasticCache, messaging queues, Flux, Docker, GitHub Workflows, Cloudflare, FluxCD, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, S3, Lambda and AWS networks (VPCs, VPC Peering).
Communication skills and desire to learn, grow and collaborate effectively with other teams.
Experience in improving engineering workflows by creating and implementing new tools and processes that increase efficiency and consistency.
Experience planning and executing large-scale projects, with lasting impact on core systems or engineering teams.
Growth-oriented mentality, with a rapid learning curve and willingness to evolve.
Specialized experience in at least one of the following areas:
Networks:
ability to diagnose and resolve complex network-related problems.
Security:
certifications such as CISSP, CISM or AWS certifications, or experience designing secure systems.
Experience in building deployment systems in:
Kubernetes.
RDS/PostgreSQL.
IAM policies/roles.
ElasticCache.
Cloud networks (VPC peering, subnets, etc.)
