We are looking for a senior engineer capable of operating with ease in an ambiguous environment. Profile capable of starting from a blank page in Notion, designing the system, coordinating the team and developing it together, establishing a clear technical direction so that intermediate level engineers can pick up any part and work on it.
Responsibilities:
Design the system architecture from a global and functional perspective.
Coordinate the team in the definition and execution of technical solutions.
Establish the technical direction of ongoing projects.
Develop product and engineering functionalities together with the team
Ensure technical consistency between different parts of the system.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in backend or product engineering with object-oriented programming, with a history of managing large-scale systems.
Experience creating or integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning functionalities in production.
Hands-on experience with language models and RAG-based systems, including workflow design, context management, and deployment of artificial intelligence capabilities.
Knowledge of object-oriented programming, Spring Boot, Hibernate or equivalent frameworks.
Relational database design and SQL query optimization.
Experience in technical support to engineers and review of design decisions.
Written communication skills and ability to work asynchronously across time zones.
