Job Description
We are looking for a UX Researcher to participate in the planning and execution of user-centered research studies. The selected person will collaborate in obtaining and analyzing qualitative and quantitative information, contributing to improving the user experience and supporting data-based decision making.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute user experience research, both qualitative and quantitative.
Design questionnaires, surveys, tests and other research instruments.
Collaborate in the selection and recruitment of participants for the studies.
Organize and support the conduct of user interviews and usability testing sessions.
Collect and analyze information from analytical tools and other data sources.
Prepare, process and structure the data obtained during investigations.
Prepare reports and present the results of the studies in a clear and understandable way.
Keep the knowledge base about users, behaviors and needs updated.
Participate in ideation sessions to propose improvements to the user experience.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and good practices.
Contribute to the improvement of UX research processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
Experience in user research, both qualitative and quantitative.
Knowledge of research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing and User Journey Mapping.
Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis.
Ability to interpret data and draw conclusions that support decision making.
Experience preparing reports and presentations with research results.
Management of collaborative tools such as Figma, Miro or similar.
