The ideal candidate will have an analytical profile, be business-oriented, and have the ability to work across commercial and operational teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview and analyze B2B commercial contracts (MSA, SOW, NDA, addenda, service provision). \nIdentify legal risks and propose solutions aligned with\n the business. \nSupport contract negotiations with corporate clients. \nCoordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams for the efficient closing of agreements. \nFollow up on signing processes and keep the contract repository organized.
