Job Description

We are Pinbus, the leading marketplace in the sale of land transportation tickets! We are looking for our next Key Account Manager who will have the following responsibilities:
Lead the relationship with decision makers (management, boards of directors, technical and commercial areas).
Develop annual account plans per client: objectives, risks, growth projections.
Ensure that customers adopt and use Pinbus technological solutions (SaaS, integrations, automations, sales and operation tools).
Manage renewals, product expansions and cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Identify expansion opportunities through market analysis, competition and trends in the transportation and technology sector.
Articulate business requirements with the Technology, Product, Customer Success, Operations and Marketing areas.
Ensure that technical integration processes progress correctly and within the expected times.
Manage escalations, incidents and improvements requested by customers.
Use analytical information for decision making: projections (Forecast), usage KPIs, sales performance and product adoption.
Prepare executive reports for commercial leadership.
Maintain updated information in CRM, especially in HubSpot (critical use for the operation).
Propose strategic initiatives to strengthen regional presence.
Contribute to the continuous learning of the team and the commercial area.",
