**Job Summary:**
Correlation One Lead Instructors are responsible for delivering high-quality, live, virtual instruction and partnering with company staff to drive exceptional learning outcomes. Their primary goal as educators is to hold large synchronous online conferences on technical content, training anywhere from 100 to over 8,000 diverse fellows at a time, depending on the program. This role involves preparing and leading virtual classroom sessions, collaborating with operations staff, and contributing to the overall success of the program.
**Program specific information:**
*Exact dates and times for this program are currently TBD, with an expected launch in mid-July 2026. We are proactively identifying instructors for this program and will provide updates when exact dates and times are confirmed.
**Leadership in the virtual classroom:**
* Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions for a variety of fellows, which may vary in size from 200 to 8000+.
* Provide instruction in skills tailored to students' needs, including mathematics, verbal reasoning, and technical problem solving.
* Oversee Q&A management of class time and monitor chat flow and overall class energy and participation dynamics.
**Collaboration:**
* Collaborate closely with Correlation One operations staff to ensure smooth program delivery and adherence to schedules.
*Be flexible when contributing to classes during weekdays and/or weekends, as program schedules vary.
* Assist in the design, development and improvement of lessons, which may include following up on edits, suggestions or changes to the curriculum as necessary.
