What will be your mission?

Ensure that customer experience, delivery quality and commercial agreements are met in practice, ensuring early detection, control and timely escalation of risks before they impact customer satisfaction, operation or profitability.

This role is the guarantor of the promise to the client, the auditor of operational reality and the person responsible for ensuring that problems do not grow in silence.
