Job Description
We are looking for a Recruitment Leader to join our team remotely. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for management positions from planning to selection by the hiring company.
Responsibilities:
Define and update selection strategies.
Lead the team of recruiters, ensuring an efficient process.
Collaborate with the contract supervisor to understand the client's needs.
Evaluate and report on candidates through interviews and analysis of psychometric tests.
Develop recruiting reports and performance metrics.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in managing selection teams.
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of psychometric tools (Desirable) and recruiting platforms.
Experience in evaluation of management positions
