Job Description:\nResponsible for mitigating financial and underwriting issues for the Companys customers, carriers and employees.\nRequirements:\nSpecialized knowledge:\nInvestigations Insurance- Fraud Prevention\nEnglish:\nAdvanced\nComputer Knowledge:\nProficient use of Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.\nExperience:\nAbility to communicate professionally and effectively both orally and in writing\nThorough knowledge of auto insurance policies, procedures, and practices including related industry and regulatory issues\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nComplex Problem solving- identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options\nInitiative- willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges\nDependability- reliable, responsible, dependable, and fulfilling obligation\n\nJob Responsibilities:\nDeep knowledge of property and casualty insurance policies.\nIdentify risk and suggest solutions to help mitigate losses.\nPerform audits on sales employees and/or offices.\nRespond to tips received via Loss Prevention Hotline.\nPlan, organize, and document investigative findings in a case report that is clear, concise, and provides conclusions based on facts.\nProvide regular updates, analysis, and recommended enhancements to increase business performance while remaining compliant with regulatory experience.\nParticipate in special projects, prepare charts, graphs, and metrics to support the department.\nAssists with the development, implementation, and training of fraud detection/prevention systems.
