Functions:\nVerify the operation of equipment, computer system and environment\n2. Carry out a complete and correct definition of aptitude, in accordance with the\nprocedures established in the organization.\n3. Guarantee the correct issuance of fitness for occupational\nmedical examinations in accordance with the fitness criteria defined in each client's\nquality plan\n4. Ensure that proficiency occupational medical examinations according to the proficiency criteria defined in each client's quality plan are provided in a timely manner (same day).\n5. Carry out a complete and correct observation survey, change of aptitude, in accordance with the procedures established in the organization.\n6. Guarantee the correct issuance of the final aptitude after the release of observation and/or change of aptitude, in accordance with the aptitude criteria defined in the quality plan of each client and must be carried out in a timely manner (on the same day)7. Identify and promptly report incidents in the isotools (incidents\nlogistics, infrastructure, instrumentation) and in the technological servidesk\n(shaman errors, computers, internet)\n8. Perform other functions assigned by the immediate supervisor.\n9. Participate in the identification of hazards, risks, aspects, environmental impacts\naccording to the activities they carry out and support in the evaluation and implementation of\noperational controls.\n10. Comply with the policies established by the SGI, Internal Work Regulations, Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and documented information established by the organization in order to ensure the achievement of objectives; the quality of service;\nguarantee the management of the health and safety of workers; care of the environment\nand information security management.",
