Job Description

At RCI LATAM we are looking for a Quality Training Monitor to join our team. The position will be responsible for accompanying the training and incorporation process of new advisors, monitoring the quality of management and ensuring compliance with the operational standards of the campaigns.

We are looking for a dynamic person, with excellent communication, experience in collections or telecommunications.

Main functions
- Provide training to new employees and active staff.
- Guide advisors during their incorporation process and adaptation to management.
- Carry out the validation of the tools and systems necessary for the operation.
- Monitor and evaluate advisor calls according to established quality standards.
- Provide feedback and support for continuous performance improvement.
- Prepare and update training material.
- Develop reinforcement clinics and knowledge evaluations.
- Analyze indicators and quality results of the operation.
- Participate in calibrations and alignments with clients and internal areas.
- Carry out role plays and evaluations within selection processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose action plans.

Requirements:
- Minimum experience of 1 year in collection or telephone campaigns (EXCLUSIVE).
- Experience as a Quality Monitor, Trainer, Trainer, Quality Supervisor or similar positions in a Call Center.
- Knowledge of quality indicators and performance management.
- Use of Excel at an intermediate level.
- Ease of training, monitoring and resolving operational queries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Availability in range: 07:00 am to 07:00 pm (only 8 hrs of the range are worked + 1 hr break)
- Have the management tools (i5 processor or higher, 8 GB of RAM, stable internet connection /80 Mbps min, Windows 10 operating system, USB Headset and webcam).
- Adequate space for remote work
