Job Description
The position requires managing the entire therapy video production process, from the initial sketch to the final version. The selected person will integrate animations and illustrations into interviews with experts, develop visual concepts in coordination with the creative team, and collaborate with the medical team. In addition, you will be in charge of professional video editing and continually improving existing formats, incorporating new trends and tools, especially those powered by AI.
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire production of therapy videos, from storyboarding and illustration to final editing.
Integrate animations and illustrations into expert interview videos.
Develop ideas and visual concepts in coordination with the creative team.
Collaborate with the medical team to ensure accuracy and clarity of content.
Edit videos professionally and refine existing formats.
Monitor trends in motion design and implement new tools and workflows, including AI-based solutions.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of professional experience as a Motion Designer.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Good eye for combining live action sequences with graphics, knowledge of techniques such as motion tracking and compositing.
Ability to develop illustrations independently following style guides.
Minimum level C1 in German and English for safe and fluent communication.
