We are looking for Withholding Advisors (WOM Chile) - Remote (for Lima and Callao)

What function will you perform?
- Customer service through outbound calls, we will contact clients who have had a bad experience with a WOM service. Your mission will be to build loyalty, offering the best service improvement proposals according to the client's profile.

Schedule range of 24 hours per week
- 10:00am to 6:00pm / 1:00pm to 8:00pm
Rotating rest Friday, Saturday or Sunday
Modality: Remote (we send you the equipment at the beginning of the process)

Requirements
- Live in Lima or Callao
- Experience of 3 to 6 months in CALL CENTER (Commercial area)
- Have work tools
- Be able to train you for 12 days using your PC or Laptop from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday to Saturday (Sunday rest)
