Growing digital agency seeks a recruiter for remote work (from home), focused on recruiting content creators for live broadcasts.

Main functions:

Live stream to attract new creators
Clearly explain the conditions of entry to the agency
Filter and direct interested prospects
Meet basic recruiting goals

Conditions:

Day: 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours at night
Mode: 100% remote
Salary: $1,000,000 COP monthly
Possibility of increase depending on performance

Requirements:

Excellent personal presentation
Good diction and ease of communication
Safety in front of the camera
Stable internet connection (required)
Cell phone with good camera and performance (mandatory)
