The role involves developing and managing the website narrative, focusing on writing headlines and subtext that simplify fintech features and highlight its benefits. In addition, it requires collaborating with Growth Marketing teams to improve user experience and conversion through different channels.
Responsibilities:
Write headlines and subtext that improve understanding of fintech functions and their benefits.
Collaborate with Growth Marketing teams to design email sequences, onboarding flows, and reactivation campaigns that increase conversion.
Optimize content workflows by acting as the power user of the CMS (Prismic), streamlining the transition between PMM drafts and final implementation to free up engineering resources.
Translate technical feature releases into user-centric stories that connect with finance teams.
Analyze performance data to inform editorial decisions, improving calls to action and subject lines without compromising brand integrity.
Requirements:
6+ years of copywriting experience, especially in growth technology or SaaS companies.
Clear understanding of the difference between visibility, intent and conversion.
Knowledge of UX writing principles and how text influences user behavior and digital navigation.
Experience with headless CMS (such as Prismic) and ability to manage content workflows independently.
Experience using AI to improve writing speed, while maintaining a human touch that avoids typical AI errors.
Experience in financial technology or demonstrated ability to simplify complex financial concepts into clear, witty prose.
Native English and other languages are valued.
