We’re looking for a Remote Administrative Assistant to manage customer orders from start to finish and ensure a seamless experience. This role involves coordinating daily operations, communicating with vendors and customers via phone and email, and handling various administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment. You should be comfortable multitasking, maintaining clear communication, and stepping in to support other team members when needed.

Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor customer orders from placement to final delivery
Coordinate logistics by communicating with vendors, warehouse teams, and delivery partners
Keep customers informed on order status, updates, and any potential delays
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders or fulfillment
Maintain accurate records and follow up promptly on outstanding tasks
Support internal teams with scheduling, documentation, and operational assistance
Provide coverage for team members during absences to ensure smooth operations


Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and priorities effectively
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
Previous experience in customer service or administrative support (experience in furniture or logistics is a plus)
Reliable internet connection and computer access
Candidates aged 21+ preferred
