About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy and ambitious Territory Sales Representative to drive the growth of our advanced security technology solutions across Mexico. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, enjoys face-to-face interaction, and has the resilience to build a business from the ground up. You will be the primary point of contact for clients in your territory, bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and real-world security needs.

Key Responsibilities
•\ Territory Management & Growth: Proactively manage and expand business within the assigned Mexican territory. You will leverage existing partnerships while strategically identifying new opportunities through high-value networking, industry events, and face-to-face field visits.
•\ Product Demonstrations: Rapidly absorb technical training to conduct effective on-site product briefings and live demonstrations for potential clients and distributors.
•\ Channel Expansion: Identify and onboard local distribution partners to expand market reach.
•\ Project Follow-up: Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including coordinating logistics, customs clearance, and technical specifications with stakeholders.
•\ Travel: Maintain a flexible schedule to travel extensively within Mexico to meet clients and support distribution efforts.

Requirements & Qualifications
•\ Education: Bachelor’s degree completed. Academic background is open, but we place high importance on strong academic performance and a demonstrated capacity for rapid learning.
•\ Language Proficiency: Must be truly bilingual to succeed in this role:
\ Spanish: Native fluency (essential for local market penetration).
\ English: Advanced/Business level
•\ Experience Level: We are targeting emerging talent and recent graduates. While prior sales experience (0-3 years) is helpful, we prioritize attitude, drive, and raw potential over specific industry tenure.
