We are currently expanding our next-generation hyaluronic acid line for body shaping and are looking for an independent commercial professional to prospect and close sales directly with medical specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
•\ Active prospecting, negotiation and direct sales closing with aesthetic doctors, plastic surgeons, dermatologists and specialized clinics.
•\ Management of commercial demonstrations and technical presentation of the Sedyfill portfolio.
•\ High-level commercial and technical negotiation with health specialists and medical directors.
•\ Development and loyalty of customer portfolio within the assigned area.
•\ After-sales monitoring to ensure continuous product repurchase.
Searched profile:
•\ Proven experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in B2B field sales, preferably in the medical-aesthetic, pharmaceutical, dermo-cosmetic or high-end devices/supplies sector.
•\ Image and executive dialogue: Impeccable personal presentation and professional presence in line with the high-end medical sector (essential for face-to-face care for plastic surgeons, dermatologists and clinic directors).
•\ Business competencies:
o\ Ability to engage in peer-to-peer conversations with medical professionals.
o\ Synthesis capacity, technical product mastery and high negotiation agility.
o\ High results orientation, proactivity and dynamism in the field.
o\ Excellent capacity for self-management and organization of commercial agenda.
Requirements:
•\ Own mobility for in-person visits to clinics and offices.
•\ Previous network of contacts in the medical/aesthetic sector (highly desirable).
