We are looking for a Digital Community Manager specialized in Reddit and online reputation management to build, grow and optimize brand communities from the ground up, as well as oversee the presence and perception of brands in key digital environments.
Responsibilities:
Develop communities on Reddit, creating and growing branded subreddits from the ground up.
Design and implement engagement programs such as AMAs and weekly threads.
Monitor results in search engines and manage the online reputation of brands.
Optimize profiles on review platforms such as Trustpilot, App Store and Google Play.
Analyze growth, engagement and community sentiment metrics, preparing performance reports.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in community management and ORM, with at least 3 years focused on Reddit in Tier 1 markets.
Knowledge of how Google search results work.
Demonstrable experience creating and scaling subreddits from scratch.
Knowledge of Reddit culture and dynamics.
Native English level or equivalent.
Analytical ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Experience managing communities and reputation of multiple brands simultaneously (valuable).
Experience with monitoring tools such as Brand24, Brandwatch, Ahrefs, Semrush, Sprout Social or similar.
