You will be responsible for the development of Workday Extend applications in client projects, ensuring technical solutions aligned with business needs. We are looking for a profile that can manage teams, collaborate with clients and ensure the success of the implementation of Extend applications.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development of Workday Extend applications on one or more client projects.
Design the application architecture consistent with business needs and Workday best practices.
Manage and advise a team of Workday Extend consultants, providing supervision and technical support.
Work with clients to gather, understand and document business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions are technically and commercially viable.
Oversee the implementation, deployment and support of Extend applications.
Build and maintain customer relationships to support long-term success and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience developing Workday Extend applications.
Minimum 5 years experience in software development.
Competence in web services technologies (SOAP, REST).
Proficiency in object-oriented programming language.
Experience in designing applications to solve business and technical challenges.
Active Workday Extend certification.
Experience developing and coding in an agile environment.
Experience handling large IT projects.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sound decisions under pressure.
Communication skills.
Ability to lead remote teams.
Knowledge of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies.
Proficiency in English B2.
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Experience in people management.
Experience in BoW product development.
Experience in product development with AI.
