We are looking for a team manager to manage the development of mobile solutions for the public sector, collaborating with other managers in the strategic direction of the company and ensuring compliance with the teams' objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop a mobile solution for the public sector.
Collaborate with other team leaders in the strategic direction of the company.
Guarantee the ability of teams to meet objectives.
Plan capacity and milestones.
Improve existing processes and methodologies.
Train and mentor team members.
Support the recruitment and onboarding of new members.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a comparable field, or equivalent technical training.
Several years of experience leading remote software development teams, ideally in an agile (Scrum) setup.
Hands-on experience and knowledge in Android and Flutter app development, additional iOS knowledge is a plus.
Experience with the Samsung ecosystem and its associated security architecture, or general interest in IT security.
Fluent business German (minimum C1) and fluent English.
